HOW IT WORKS.
The Impact Measurement Tool was built to easily track the difference residential-led regeneration projects make to local areas.
The online tool is easy to use, with clear instructions on what data you need to input to get your score. Once you’ve created your account, you can save your progress at any time and complete the objectives whenever suits you. Once you’ve submitted, you’ll get a certificate with your final score on.
How to use it.
1. Create your account
Creating your account takes just a quick minute. All you need is your name, company, email address and a top secret password.
2. Start Assessment
The assessment is broken down into 5 key objectives, each with between 3 to 5 questions and multiple choice answers. The objectives are:
Objective 1: Enable placemaking and regeneration and enhance social infrastructure
Objective 2: Supply high quality homes in under-invested locations
Objective 3: Create socially inclusive, sustainable communities
Objective 4: Maximise impact through strong long-term local partnerships
Objective 5: Reduce climate impact and operate environmentally sustainable buildings
Each question comes with guidance on how to find your answer and what data you need to provide, with links to external data sources where relevant. If you don’t know an answer for certain, just use your best estimate.
3. Submit & Get Your certificate
Once you’ve answered all the questions, submit and find out your score! The scoring is:
Below 50: Fail
50-60: Bronze
61-70: Silver
71 & above: Gold
You can then download your certificate showing the project’s social impact. If your data changes, no problem, just log back in and re-do the relevant questions.
